We've got you covered.

All new Audi vehicles sold in Canada are covered under the Roadside Assistance program. Duration of coverage coincides with the duration of Audi’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty.* To ensure you receive the appropriate assistance as quickly as possible, you’ll be asked for the following:

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Year, model, colour, and license plate number
  • Exact location of vehicle (street address & nearest intersection)
  • Type of service required or a brief description of the problem

*Certain exclusions and limitations apply. Please review your owner’s manual for details.

Arranging your own assistance.

For all roadside assistance, it’s crucial that you call Audi Roadside Assistance at 1-800-411-9988. If service is unavailable or cannot be provided, you’re authorized to call a service provider of your choice and you’ll be reimbursed for your out-of-pocket expenses up to a maximum of $125 for each disablement.

Trip interruption benefits.

If your registered Audi (owned or leased) is disabled because of a mechanical breakdown more than 160 km from your residence (and the repair is covered under your New Vehicle Limited Warranty), you may be reimbursed for trip interruption expenses if your vehicle cannot be made safely operable the same day. Your coverage includes reimbursement for*:

  • Lodging up to $100 per day
  • Meals up to $100 per day
  • Alternate transportation up to $100 per day

*Trip interruption coverage is limited to reasonable expenses up to a maximum of $500 per disablement/incident, including all taxes and surcharges. The service is designed to assist you with some of the unplanned expenses you may incur while waiting for your vehicle to be repaired. It is required that you contact Audi's 24-Hour Roadside Assistance at (800) 411-9988 to obtain a pre-service authorization number. This must be done within 24 hours of the breakdown.
