Roadside Assistance
Get immediate roadside assistance in Canada and the US— anytime, anywhere.
At your service.
The Audi 24-hour Roadside Assistance program is one of the most comprehensive programs offered to Audi owners. The following services are included:
- Emergency towing (Read section below for details)
- Battery jump-start
- Flat tire service
- Lock-out service
- Fuel delivery service
- Emergency extrication service
- Trip interruption assistance
- Out-of-charge towing service (for e-tron owners only; up to ten events per year)

We've got you covered.
All new Audi vehicles sold in Canada are covered under the Roadside Assistance program. Duration of coverage coincides with the duration of Audi’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty.* To ensure you receive the appropriate assistance as quickly as possible, you’ll be asked for the following:
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Year, model, colour, and license plate number
- Exact location of vehicle (street address & nearest intersection)
- Type of service required or a brief description of the problem
*Certain exclusions and limitations apply. Please review your owner’s manual for details.
If your vehicle becomes disabled due to a mechanical breakdown or collision, complimentary towing is provided to the nearest authorized Audi dealership or an authorized Audi dealership of your choice, provided they are within 50 km of where your vehicle is being towed.
*Your Audi must be towed using dolly wheels or flat-bed equipment to prevent possible damage to the vehicle.
A service operator will be dispatched to provide a jump-start. If your vehicle cannot be driven safely, towing services is provided (see “Emergency towing” above).
If your vehicle has a flat tire, a service operator will attempt to remove it and install a spare tire. If your vehicle came equipped with TMS (Tire Mobility System), the service operator will attempt to seal and inflate the tire. If you do not have a properly inflated spare tire or if the spare is not safely operable, towing service is provided. The mounting or dismounting of a special traction device, such as chains, or the cost of repairing the flat tire are not covered under the program.
If you happen to run out of fuel (gas), an emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to get you on your way. Both the delivery service and the emergency supply of fuel are complimentary. For TDI owners who have run of diesel fuel, towing will be provided to the nearest authorized Audi dealership, or an authorized Audi dealership of your choice, provided they are within 50 km of where your vehicle is being towed.
If your keys are locked inside your vehicle, Roadside Assistance will help get you back on the road. At your request, a service operator may be dispatched in an attempt to gain entry into your vehicle to retrieve your keys. However, you are solely responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this entry attempt. If access into your vehicle is unsuccessful, it will be towed to the nearest authorized Audi dealership to gain entry.
If your vehicle is disabled in any ditch, mud, sand, or snow, Roadside Assistance will cover the cost of extricating your vehicle, provided it has become disabled in an area immediately adjacent to a regularly travelled road, which can be serviced with standard automobile servicing equipment.
If you are located in close proximity to an Audi dealership that participates in the Audi Light Service program, an Audi assist service vehicle will be dispatched directly from the dealership for jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and other minor repairs.
*Your Audi must be towed using dolly wheels or flat-bed equipment to prevent possible damage to the vehicle.
